Film Fixer

Ceramic Coated Doctor Blade
700 series is our ceramic coated doctor blade, developed by combining our unique surface grinding and special surface treatment technology. This improves the coating adhesive bond and wear resistance compared to existing coated products. It can even be an alternative for PrimeBlade® 900 Nano I blade users, especially for rotogravure printers.
The high grade steel together with the special ceramic particle surface coating technology gives a very low doctor blade tip contact friction, enhanced lifetime, and gives an extraordinarily clean wipe. It reduces the brittleness and cracking risk in the ceramic coating area, and lessens the risk of blade damage due to mechanical impact. Also, due to the refined steel and extra fine ceramic particles used, it reduces the ink contamination that causes higher wear on chrome cylinders.
CLEAN RANGE
The Recyl Clean Range of products have helped printers and converters with flexography, offset or rotogravure presses maintain quality by keeping Anilox and Chrome rollers squeaky clean by a manual cleaning cycle on a weekly basis.
The Clean Range of products include the two following products:

CLEAN WATERLESS | CLEANING PRODUCT FOR OFFSET WATERLESS INKS
The cleaning product Clean Waterless is specially adapted to clean spare parts polluted with Offset Waterless inks, as well as solvent-based inks.
It is recommended for daily upkeep in printing machines for anilox rolls, doctor rolls and doctor balde chambers.
Clean Waterless is compatible with printing food packaging.
The Clean Waterless product is available in 30 and 220-litre drums.
CLICHÉ CLEANER | PLATE CLEANING MACHINE
Cliché Cleaner Range: new cleaning concept with a more reliable, simpler and more efficient process thanks to its fast 2-lateral brush.
The plates can be manually or automatically transported into the machine with the help of a feeder belt (optional).
After cleaning, rinsing and drying, the plates are immediately ready for storage or reuse for another print run.
Cloth Mounting tape
Cloth Mounting Tape is a double-sided tape of 380 μm (15 mil) thickness with a cloth backing and a rubber adhesive.
The product design makes this tape especially suitable for corrugated postprint plate mounting, where the tape is first applied to the printing plate, then the liner is removed and the plate is attached to the carrier film.
The cloth backing provides a high degree of flexibility, facilitating easy plate mount, while the well-proven adhesive ensures a reliable yet removable bond between printing plate and carrier film.
The unique liner structure prevents air trapping during plate mounting.

Cushion Mounting Tape
Achieve high quality standard combination print with our Cushion Mounting Tape . It’s a double coated, foam tape with an air release feature adhesive for easy plate side removal and mounting of flexographic plates to print cylinders.
With easy mount adhesive is created for mounting flexographic print plates to cylinders or sleeves. It provides high quality standard combination print, and is suitable for combination of solids and tone reproduction where solids and process are equally important. Our Easy Mount liner creates micro-channels in both adhesive surfaces. The crosshatched pattern creates a continuous and permanent network of micro-channels in the adhesive, allowing air to escape from between the tape and cylinder/sleeve and between the tape and plate. The adhesive on the linered side (plate side) of the tape is designed for mounting photopolymer plates, has excellent holding power on-press and clean plate removal when demounting. The adhesive on the non-linered side (cylinder side) of the tape is designed for mounting to flexographic printing cylinders or sleeves, providing easy application while mounting and clean removability when demounting.
BRASS BRUSH
The Brass Brush is exclusively reserved for the chrome anilox (flexo & gravure).
The fineness of our strands is unique (strand of 76/1000th mm).
The 6.5 x 11 cm size of our brushes make them easy to handle, while the beech wood or PVC base make them resistant to solvents and water.
These brushes are used with the cleaning and maintenance products for anilox (Recyl’Cobra, Clean 2000, Clean Plus).

Nano Special Treated Doctor Blade
900 Nano has been developed together with partners in Nano technology, to treat and produce different steel qualities optimizing the properties and performance.
The microstructure of the 900 steel consists of finely distributed, small carbides, giving it an exceptional wear resistance, reduced friction and higher printing performance.
900 Nano I is produced by using the latest Nano technology, with the idea of not using the ceramic & nickel coatings that are used today; resulting in none of the side effects these coatings can have on environment, brittleness and other issues.
It´s a revolutionary patented metallurgic-treated steel blade which will extend blade life to hitherto unseen levels in non-ceramic coated blades in both flexo and gravure applications. The blade will outlast any non-ceramic blade on the market, without any of the brittleness associated with long life blades, with no extra consequent anilox roll/gravure cylinder wear and at a competitive price.
Today many of the flexible printers are looking for solutions that will improve the financial bottom line by; increasing productivity, printing quality and reducing the downtime due to the lack of blade longevity. Nano will be a part of that solution. Additional products will follow shortly, developed especially for white inks wear problems and for printers that want to increase the life time even further.

Stainless Steel Doctor Blade
400 serie is a good choice of blade to use when corrosion is an issue. It has enhanced properties against rust problems when water based inks are used. Also very good against fast oxidation of the blade tip and abrasive conditions. It is produced with a refined particle microstructure and denser particle distribution. That helps to avoid steel particle contamination of the inking system and improves doctor blade life.
The steel is a hardened stainless steel and heat treated to reach our high quality standards.
STEEL BRUSH
The “stainless steel brush” is exclusively reserved for the cleaning of the ceramic anilox.
The fineness of our strands is unique (strand of 76/1000th mm).
