FHC Flexo Plate

Hard plate for standard applications in corrugated post print

Compare
A monolayer plate that consists of a light sensitive photopolymer layer bonded to a polyester film.

Benefits

High plate hardness for reliable print quality

  • Suitable for a broad range of substrates
  • Very good and consistent ink transfer with excellent area coverage
  • High solid density and minimum dot gain in the halftones
  • intermediate depths with excellent contour definition

Efficient handling and superior durability

  • Convenient plate processing with short exposure times
  • High print run stability due to superior resistance against mechanical stress
  • Long lifetime due to robust and durable material
  • Reduced cleaning cycles due to special surface properties

Suitable equipment

The nyloflex® FHC can be processed with nyloflex® processing equipment and all similar devices.

Printing inks

Suitable for all water based and alcohol based printing inks (ethyl acetate content preferably below 15%, ketone content preferably below 5%).

Washout solvents

Especially good results are achieved with nylosolv® washout solvents. nylosolv® can be distilled and reused.

Processing information

A detailed description of the individual platemaking steps, as well as detailed information about processing and storing can be found in the nyloflex® User Guide.
